Our commitment is solidified through a blockchain document for digital signing. Each party agrees to buy and sell the property. This provides additional time for thorough research into property titles and defining the legal and accountable structure for the purchase.

Close:
With the deed ready, it's time to sign and officially become the owner of a Sanctuary.

What about Maintenance

Land has to pay every quarter to goberment a small amount and there is no other maintenance fee. We can do this for you.

Can I also build Sanctuaries for my family in this lots?

Yes you can, in some of our lands you can also divide in many lots and sell or give this lot to someone else.
